DS Football Consulting was founded by Davide Santonocito, whose career in football has been driven by passion, structure, and a deep sense of purpose.
After years of experience across clubs in Italy and the UK — including Catania Women FC, West Ham United, Charlton Athletic, and London City Lionesses — Davide developed a strong understanding of what lies behind success in football: people, organisation, and culture.
From his early work in Italy, helping Acireale Calcio and Catania Women develop sustainable structures and sporting facilities, to his more recent roles in player care and operations in England, his focus has always been the same — creating environments where players and staff can focus, grow, and belong.
DS Football Consulting exists to bring that same vision to clubs and organisations that want to evolve.
Because football’s future is built on more than results — it’s built on people, structure, and purpose.
A Journey Through Football
My journey in football has never been about titles or timelines — it’s been about people, experiences, and the lessons that shape the way I see the game today.
It began with a simple passion: the desire to understand what lies behind the performance — the systems, the care, the details that make football more than a match. Over the years, that curiosity took me across clubs and cultures, from the professional environment of London to the community-driven projects in Sicily.
At West Ham United and Leyton Orient, I learned the power of connection — how football can bring together thousands of voices, and how dialogue and empathy are at the heart of any strong club.
At Charlton Athletic and London City Lionesses, I saw what it takes to build an environment where players can truly focus on their game. Structure and care are not opposites — they are partners. And when they work together, everything else falls into place.
Back in Italy, with Acireale Calcio, I found the chance to bring those lessons home. The project there was more than football — it was about giving shape to an idea: that a club can become a bridge between sport, community, and the future. We worked on designing sustainable facilities, building operational structures, and defining a vision that could last beyond results.
Each experience has left its mark on me: the passion of English football and its people, the discipline and clarity of a well-structured environment, and the deep pride of belonging to a community bound together by shared values and a love for the game that never fades.
Together, they’ve become the foundation of DS Football Consulting — a space where experience meets purpose, and where football’s future is built, one relationship at a time.
